Base is a one hour walk from the portal. Mostly it's just a cool base, but there is a small farm inside. The planet is an extreme ice planet with white out blizzards. Sentinels seem to be passive. Info on the readout indicates a completely different atmosphere.
Underwater portal, the address will give a transport error when you dial because there's only one planet in the system, but don't worry, it'll bring you to the right planet.

After getting the first 2 glyphs dial this planet and follow the directions written in the comm stations to locate 14 other Traveller graves around this portal.
